What is an Order ID?
An Order ID is a unique identifier for every order you have placed on our Trading Platform. The Order ID is used by our Brokerage department for processing and identifying each individual order. When an order cannot be processed because it is rejected by the exchange, for example, we will email you the Order ID of the order that could not be processed. You can use this Order ID to find the order that was rejected in your account. You can use it to place a new (similar) order.
How to find your Order ID in your account in the app?
- Tap on 'Inbox', in the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Select 'History' and choose the right start and end dates.
- Swipe to the far right column and tap on the three lines for the order for which you would like to see the Order ID.
This will open the order information window which includes, amongst other things, the Order ID.
How to find your Order ID in your account in the browser?
- In the menu on the left side of the screen, hover over 'Inbox' and click on 'Orders'.
- Select 'History' and choose the right start and end dates.
- On the far right side of the screen, click on the three lines for the order for which you would like to see the Order ID.
